Mr. Gustafson started his career at a securities litigation firm in Los Angeles. From there, he took a position of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig working as a real estate transaction attorney. While at Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Gustafson worked on real estate finance, due diligence, purchase and sale, and regulatory matters. Mr. Gustafson then accepted a position with a large, U.S. based law firm, Ballard Spahr where he continued with his real estate, corporate and regulatory practice. In 2009, he formed Gustafson pc as a stand-alone law firm to work with individuals and small businesses.
